A delegation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces led by Chief of its General Staff Viktor Muzhenko has produced in Brussels evidence and commentaries concerning the presence of the Russian military in the territory of Ukraine.
"During a session of the EU Military Committee on Tuesday the chiefs of General Staffs of EU member-states could get assured of the presence of career military men of the Russian Armed Forces in the territory of Ukraine," the press service of the Ukrainian General Staff says.
Among other things the Military Committee discussed the situation in Ukraine, in Donbas in particular, as well as military-technical cooperation, including deliveries of nonlethal weapons to Ukraine.
