President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, talking at the meeting of the National Reforms Council (NRS), has said it is necessary to change a procedure of state procurements in the country, the presidential press service said.
"A procedure of the state procurements must be transparent and efficient," the head of state said adding that resolute and urgent steps must be taken in this regard, since a sector of the state procurements has been one of the most bribing in the country till recently.
