OSCE mission chief calls on world to help Ukraine resolve problems of IDPs

The chief monitor in Ukraine of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Ertugrul Apakan, has called on the international community to help Ukraine resolve the problems of internally displaced persons (IDPs).

He said at a briefing in Odesa on Thursday that he knew that the Ukrainian government was doing all it could to alleviate the suffering of IDPs and that the international community should provide its support as well.
