Over 700 Ukrainians held prisoner by militants – president

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has reported that the militants are failing to observe the agreements reached in Minsk on September 5 to swap all prisoners under the principle "all for all."

"I stress that [the militants] are in no way complying with the agreement to liberate 'all for all,'" he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday.

Poroshenko said that today over 700 Ukrainians are being held captive.

"And I will do my best to speed up the process [of their release]," the president said.
