Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin will visit Kyiv on Wednesday, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
Karasin will negotiate with Ukrainian First Deputy Foreign Minister Ruslan Demchenko on February 19, ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis reported.
"The sides are expected to discuss a near-term schedule of bilateral contacts. Attention will be given to operations of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, its presence on Ukrainian territory, progress on demarcation of the Russian-Ukrainian state border and bilateral cooperation in consular and legal issues and humanitarian affairs," Perebyinis said.
