Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case over the death of a four-month-old baby in Donetsk, who is alleged to have died after being inoculated by Pentaxim vaccine.
The press service of the regional prosecutor's office told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday that prosecutors had opened the case under Part 2, Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (the inappropriate fulfillment of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical workers that resulted in the deaths of minors).
