Kyiv and Berlin are not holding talks concerning sending former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko to Germany for medical treatment, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara has said.
When asked to comment on reports about the alleged preparation of a ward in a Berlin clinic for Tymoshenko, the foreign minister said: "I read it on the Internet. I want to say that we haven't discussed [Tymoshenko's] transfer [to Germany] at the level of the Foreign Ministries."
Earlier, Deutsche Welle, citing its own sources, reported that a ward was being prepared for Tymoshenko at a special center of the Berlin-based Charite clinic.
