AeroSvit Airlines will conduct an emergency flight to U-Tapao International Airport in Thailand on Friday to take the Ukrainian passengers who remain stranded there due to the cancellation of the company's flight from Bangkok on Wednesday.
The airlines told Interfax-Ukraine that an aircraft would depart from Boryspil Airport at 1400 on November 28, arrive at U-Tapao Airport at 0430 on November 29, and will then leave back for Ukraine in an hour and a half.
Around 200 AeroSvit passengers remain in Bangkok's new Suvarnabhumi International Airport, as the flight was cancelled because the airport had been closed due to the unstable political situation there.
AeroSvit will conduct further flights to the airport in Bangkok depending on the situation in the country.
As reported, the Thai anti-government protesters blocked Suvarnabhumi International Airport on Tuesday evening.
