Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has approved a national action plan for 2013 for the implementation of the economic reform program for 2010-2014 "Prosperous Society, Competitive Economy, Effective State," reads a statement posted on the president's Web site.
The head of state signed a decree to that effect on March 12.
The president ordered the Cabinet of Ministers, state district administrations and a number of national commissions to hold the events envisaged in the program, explanatory work, as well as support in the Verkhovna Rada for the bills foreseen in the program.
The prime minister was instructed to inform the president by the 15th day of each month about the implementation of activities under the plan.
The head of the coordinating center for the implementation of economic reforms was empowered to oversee the fulfillment of the decree.
