The benefits of MPs should be reduced, Ukrainian Social Policy Minister Natalia Korolevska has said.
"Nobody in a European country has a benefit package like that of our MPs," she said at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
She said that the reduction of benefits for MPs would be a good step for social justice in the country.
She said that such a reduction was timely, as over UAH 60 million in the state budget is envisaged for various parliamentary allowances and benefits.
