The budget revenues target will be missed in November and December as the economic situation has worsened, Finance Ministry Viktor Pynzenyk told reporters on Monday.
The minister said the recent negative tendencies in banking sector and a number of other branches of economy would contribute to this process.
The situation is deteriorating, and even estimates made a month ago are now obsolete, said Pynzenyk.
While speaking about the prospects for next year, the finance minister said that the updated draft state budget for 2009 is currently being discussed.
