Nationalist candidate wins in single-member constituency in Khmelnytsky region, says CEC

With all the ballots counted in single-member constituency No. 189 in Khmelnytsky region, a representative of the Svoboda Party, Ihor Sabiy, won with 19.39% of the vote, beating the Party of Regions' member, Vitaly Oluiko, who got 18.61%.

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine posted these data on its Web site.
