The Russians have launched a second strike on the Pivdenny (South) Bridge in Kyiv, according to the capital's mayor, Vitali Klitschko.
"The Pivdenny Bridge has been hit again. As a reminder, following several enemy attacks, the bridge is currently closed to vehicular traffic and the metro," Klitschko said on his Telegram channel.
