An employee of a Dnipro-based enterprise was killed in a hostile attack that took place on Wednesday afternoon, said Oleksandr Hanzha, head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
"One person died as a result of a hostile attack on Dnipro. It was a 33-year-old man who worked as a security guard at one of the enterprises," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
It was previously reported that the city of Dnipro had come under attack, likely involving ballistic weapons.
