Three people were killed as a result of an enemy attack on a business center in Dnipro, and the number of wounded has risen to 12, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha has reported.
"Three people were killed as a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro. At least 12 sustained injuries," he wrote in a Telegram post on Monday.
