Russian troops have launched an attack on a critical infrastructure object in Dnipro, causing the blast wave to shatter windows in a nearby store, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Ganzha has reported.
"The enemy struck a critical infrastructure object in Dnipro. Windows in a nearby store were damaged by the blast wave," Ganzha wrote on his Telegram channel on Monday.
