Russian occupation forces attacked central Kropyvnytsky on Wednesday, September 16, Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Head Andriy Raikovych said.
"Four people are known to have been injured so far. Three of them are receiving medical treatment at medical facilities. One woman refused hospitalization," Raikovych wrote on his Telegram channel.
He added that several private houses, a kindergarten, and a car were damaged in the strike.
