Oleksiy Kovalenko appointed Commander of Communications and Cyber Security Forces
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Oleksiy Kovalenko as Commander of the Communications and Cyber Security Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The relevant decree, No. 931/2026 dated September 15, was published on the Office of the President's website on Tuesday.
Brigadier General Oleksiy Kovalenko currently serves as the head of the Heroes of Kruty Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization.
