As of 4:23 p.m. Tuesday, the number of people injured in a massive airstrike on Izium has risen to 11, said Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
"Eight people were injured, and three more suffered acute stress reactions. Three of the injured were hospitalized and are in moderate condition," Synehubov wrote on Telegram.
