Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree establishing the Stepanivka settlement military administration in Sumy district, Sumy region.
The relevant document, No. 881/2026, dated Sept 7, has been published on the president's website.
The settlement of Stepanivka and Stepanivka community are located west of the regional center of Sumy, approximately 25 km from the front line.
