Kyiv will temporarily ban all entertainment and sports events at open venues, as well as at facilities without shelters, due to the deteriorating security situation in the capital, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
"Due to the deteriorating security situation in the capital, all entertainment and sports events at open venues and at facilities without shelters will be temporarily banned," Klitschko wrote on Telegram following a meeting of the Kyiv Defense Council on Monday.
