Ukraine’s government has adopted decisions aimed at adapting the operations of the state, businesses and infrastructure to Russia’s new air attack tactics, including introducing a tiered system of air raid alerts based on threat level, Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky said.
"A system of air raid alert levels based on the level of danger is being introduced. Yellow means a drone attack. Red means an elevated threat of a missile or combined strike," Koretsky wrote on Telegram.
