Ukraine has asked for the next Coalition of the Willing meeting to be held in September, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"We’ve asked all the leaders not to leave a gap between our meetings. The Coalition [of the Willing] wants there to be a gap between our meetings. We’ve asked for a meeting to be organized in September," Zelenskyy said at a press conference at the Coalition of the Willing summit in Kyiv on Monday.
The president said more than 30 countries joined today’s meeting. According to him, participants discussed support for Ukraine, particularly air defense.
"We are seeking and purchasing PAC-3 systems through PURL and other channels, and we are all working together to accelerate the implementation of the Freyja project," Zelenskyy said.
