Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with former U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine General Keith Kellogg, who traveled from Odesa to Kyiv to participate in the Veterans Forum.
"We discussed the intensification of Russian strikes on infrastructure and civilians, and the top priority in defense is, of course, anti-ballistic defense. I briefed the general on our work with the Europeans to create an anti-ballistic system, but to get through this winter, the delivery of interceptors for the "Patriots" is indispensable. Ukraine is ready to purchase them, and any efforts in this direction are important," Zelenskyy said on his Telegram channel.
He also thanked Kellogg for his respect for Ukrainian soldiers, who defend Ukraine and the entire Euro-Atlantic region every day under extremely difficult conditions.
