Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed 11 judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) and five judges to its Appeals Chamber; the relevant decrees were published on the presidential website on Friday.
According to Decree No. 782/2026, the following individuals have been appointed as judges of the HACC: Viktor Antypenko, Oksana Hutsal, Yevhen Didenko, Oleksandr Dudchenko, Vitaliy Koriahin, Vladyslav Kukhta, Mykola Pika, Lesia Skerklia, Iryna Teslenko, Oleh Khamkhodera, and Marta-Maria Yatsininina have been appointed as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
By another decree, No. 783/2026, Zelenskyy appointed Natalia Doroshenko, Mykola Rubashchenko, Inna Smal, Olena Tanasevych, and Ihor Chaikin as judges of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
According to the texts of the decrees, the decisions were made on the basis of Part 5 of Article 126, Article 127, and Parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
