Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with ambassadors for the UNITED24 fundraising platform – actress Katheryn Winnick, actor, director, and producer Liev Schreiber, soccer player Oleksandr Zinchenko, chef and founder of World Central Kitchen José Andrés, and director, journalist, photographer, and war correspondent Mstyslav Chernov, who will also soon join the team of ambassadors.
Zelenskyy announced that on Telegram on Friday evening.
"The work of UNITED24 is, first and foremost, about shared values. It's about the millions of people from around the world who have helped. It's a signal that they stand with Ukraine. Your visit here during this very difficult period of massive attacks is also a great source of support for our people. There are more challenges and risks now, but we must be stronger," Zelenskyy said.
The President of Ukraine expressed his gratitude to the visitors "for your clear stance and for using your voices to protect human lives."
