The number of casualties in Kryvy Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) following an enemy attack on a shopping center has risen to 91, with 21 people in critical condition, including one child, according to Head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Hanzha.
"The number of casualties from the enemy attack on Kryvy Rih has risen to 91. Twenty-one of the wounded are in serious condition, including one child," he said on Telegram.
Earlier, Hanzha had reported five fatalities; 52 people were known to have been injured.
As reported with reference to the Prosecutor General’s Office, on August 21, 2026, at approximately 16:30, Russian forces launched two drone strikes on a shopping center in Kryvy Rih.
