Five people have been killed in Kryvy Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) as a result of an enemy attack on a shopping center, according to Head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Hanzha.
"There are already five fatalities in Kryvy Rih due to the Russian attack on a shopping center," he said on Telegram.
Earlier reports indicated 50 casualties and 52 wounded, 20 of whom are in serious condition. Six children are among the casualties.
As reported with reference to the Office of the Prosecutor General, on August 21, 2026, at approximately 16:30, Russian forces launched two drone strikes on a shopping center in Kryvy Rih.
