Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky discussed the situation in Kharkiv and key tasks for the near term with Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"We paid particular attention to winter preparations, the implementation of the resilience plan, and the readiness of city infrastructure to keep operating amid ongoing Russian attacks. The main task is to ensure stable operation of critical infrastructure and people’s safety during the heating season," Koretsky wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the prime minister, Kharkiv operates in extremely difficult conditions every day, so it’s important to keep responding promptly to challenges and strengthening the city’s resilience.
"We’re continuing close dialogue with the city authorities to respond promptly to the city’s needs and ensure it’s properly prepared for winter. I thank the mayor and everyone who, despite Russia’s constant terrorist attacks, protects our Kharkiv and takes care of the city every day," he added.
