The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) is asking the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to order pretrial detention, with an alternative of UAH 150 million bail, for Iryna Mudra, former Presidential Office deputy head suspected in corruption schemes involving money laundering and raiding.
SAPO’s motion was announced by the HACC judge during the hearing.
The prosecutor is currently presenting the grounds for the prosecution’s position.
