On Monday, the Armed Forces of Russia launched a massive artillery shelling of the residential sector of Buhayivka (Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region); there are fatalities, the press service of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports.
"As a result of the enemy attack, homes were destroyed. Five people were killed," the post reads.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of a war crime that caused the loss of human life (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
