On the night of August 10, Russian occupiers attacked Ukrainian settlements with an Kh-59/69 guided air missile, three "Banderol" loitering munitions, and 126 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerberas, and "Parodiya" decoy drones, the Command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

"According to preliminary data, as of 09.00, air defense shot down/suppressed 92 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, as well as 3 ‘Banderol’ loitering munitions in the north, south, and east of the country," the post on the Telegram channel reads.

In addition, hits by 31 strike UAVs were recorded across 22 locations, and the fall of shot-down drones was recorded across 2 locations.

"As a result of active countermeasures, the enemy missile did not reach its targets; information on the crash site is being clarified," the Air Force of the AFU emphasized.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, EW and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs remaining in the airspace.
