A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Saturday at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade between the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia and the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection regarding cooperation in the field of animal health and food products.
The memorandum was signed by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management Dragan Glamočić and Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia Oleksandr Lytvynenko, and the signing was attended by Presidents of Serbia and Ukraine, Aleksandar Vučić and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to the Serbian broadcaster RTS.
Speaking to the media after the signing of the memorandum, President Vučić said Serbia supports the UN Charter and the territorial integrity of Ukraine. "We are grateful to Ukraine for supporting Serbia’s territorial integrity," Vučić said. President Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude for the respect shown toward Ukraine and for the support of the Ukrainian people and Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
