Russian occupying forces attacked a minibus in Kherson with a drone during the day, with five people known to have been injured so far, the regional prosecutor’s office said.
"According to the investigation, at around noon on Aug. 6, 2026, Russian servicemen attacked a minibus in Kherson with a drone. Five people who were in the minibus are known to have been injured so far," the regional prosecutor’s office said on Telegram on Thursday.
A pretrial investigation into a war crime (Article 438, Part 1 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code) has been opened under the procedural oversight of the Kherson district prosecutor’s office. Prosecutors and investigators are working together to document another war crime committed by members of Russia’s armed forces, the statement said.
