Nearly 10 victims, third of whom children, reported in Kharkiv
According to preliminary reports, about ten people were injured as a result of a strike on downtown Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.
"At this moment – according to preliminary information – there are about ten injured, at least a third of whom are children. Residential buildings have been damaged," Terekhov said on his Telegram channel.
