The death toll from the massive Russian air attack on Kyiv on Thursday night has increased to 17, the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine has said.
"The death toll in Kyiv has increased to 17 people. Rescue and emergency operations continue at the site of the Russian strike," a message on the SES Telegram channel reads.
