Another strike has been carried out against a humanitarian mission as Russia attacked vehicles of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society with a drone, injuring a 50-year-old employee of the organization, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported on Friday.
"According to preliminary data, a 50-year-old employee of the organization was injured as a result of the strike. Russia once again demonstrates its true face – striking marked transport of volunteers is a war crime that only terrorists can commit," the head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized on Telegram.
Information regarding the condition of the victim and the scale of destruction is being clarified.
Prokudin also stressed that the Red Cross Society is a humanitarian mission that has nothing to do with military affairs. These people came here with the sole purpose of helping the civilian population.
