Death toll from Russian strike in Dnipro rises to 12 – official

The number of people killed due to the massed Russian strike has increased to 12, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Oleksandr Hanzha has said.

"The number of dead due to the enemy attack on Dnipro has increased to 12. Rescuers pulled the body of a woman from under the rubble of the building," he said on Telegram.

The search and rescue operation is ongoing.
