Ukraine congratulates Latvia on Independence Restoration Day

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha congratulated his Latvian counterpart Baiba Braze on her country’s Independence Restoration Day.

"Dear @Braze_Baiba, I sincerely congratulate you and the people of Latvia on Independence Restoration Day," he wrote on social network X.

The Ukrainian foreign minister noted that Ukraine is proud to have Latvia as a close partner and ally.

"Your consistent support and clear stance in countering Russia’s aggression truly matters. We stand side by side, united by shared values and a common aspiration for freedom and security in Europe. Wishing Latvia continued peace and prosperity," Sybiha added.
