Zelenskyy: Ukraine expects to open EU accession negotiation clusters during May and June

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with European Council President António Costa in Yerevan to discuss Ukraine’s European integration. Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is technically fully ready and expects to open all six negotiation clusters during the current and following months.

The president expressed gratitude to Costa for his support and personal efforts in unblocking the EUR 90 billion financial support package. Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of ensuring these funds begin to arrive as soon as possible to assist Ukraine in preparing for the winter.
