Russian forces strike Mykolaiv, damage reported in private housing sector

The Russian army again attacked Mykolaiv with drones, city mayor Oleksandr Senkevych said.

"As a result of the strike, there is damage in the private housing sector and a fire has broken out," he said.

The mayor stressed that the air raid alert in the city continues - the threat has not passed.

He urged Mykolaiv residents and visitors to remain in shelters, not to approach strike sites and enemy drone wreckage, and not to film or post anything related to the attack online.
