AFU General Staff: Air defense elements, ammo depot, oil depot, enemy UAV control points hit
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has reported strikes on air defense and radar support elements, logistics facilities, UAV control points and workshops, and a command and observation post in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and on the territory of Russia.
"Yesterday and on the night of April 29, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a number of strikes on Russian occupiers’ facilities. Thus, important elements of the enemy’s air defense and radar support were hit. In particular, at Kacha airfield in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, the MR-10 radar station, an air defense control point and a Parol-4 ground radar interrogator [1L22] were hit. A Tor surface-to-air missile system was also hit near Tykhonivka in Zaporizhia region," the General Staff said on Telegram.
According to the military, strikes were carried out on the invaders’ logistics facilities, namely an ammunition depot near Pervomaiske and the TES oil depot in Simferopol in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
"Weakening the enemy’s UAV control system remains a separate area of focus. UAV control points were hit near Huliaipole, Zaliznychne and Tykhonivka in Zaporizhia region, Bondarevske, Komar and near the village of Zaporizhia in Donetsk region, as well as Tetkino in Kursk region of Russia. Workshops of enemy UAV units were also hit near Bondarevske in Donetsk region and Burchak in Zaporizhia region," the General Staff said.
In addition, Ukrainian units hit an enemy command and observation post near Pokrovsk in Donetsk region.
The occupiers’ losses and the scale of the damage inflicted are being clarified.
