Zelenskyy: Russia's internal data on export losses from Ukrainian long-range sanctions may be understated
Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday, April 29, heard a report from the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleh Luhovskyi.
"An updated level of Russian export losses from Ukrainian long-range sanctions was recorded, namely: the port of Primorsk – minus 13% loading, Novorossiysk – minus 38%, Ust-Luga – minus 43%. We believe that such internal Russian data may be understated," Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.
He emphasized that Ukraine will continue operations to reduce Russian oil revenues and export volumes.
In addition, Ukraine obtained Russian documents that define the directions of their counteraction to the Ukrainian side’s contacts with partners within the framework of Drone Deals.
"The political leadership of Russia has already identified as one of the main challenges Ukraine’s ability to receive additional investments, and specifically depriving Ukraine of access to investments and disrupting our bilateral agreements on cooperation in the field of security and weapons production has been identified by Russia as a foreign policy priority. Russia’s special efforts in this context will be directed at countering our cooperation in the Middle East and the Gulf," the president said.
