Ukrainian Red Cross Society strengthens cooperation with Moldovan colleagues
The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) is strengthening the exchange of experience with the Red Cross Society of Moldova.
"These days, a delegation from the Red Cross Society of Moldova is on a working visit to Ukraine. This is not just a study tour, but an opportunity for deep professional dialogue and a joint search for solutions to develop national societies in modern conditions," the URCS said on Facebook.
Representatives of the Red Cross Society of Moldova are studying approaches to organizational development and strengthening institutional capacity. This includes effective management and coordination of activities, development of key work areas, and the implementation of modern approaches in community support. The delegation is also familiarizing itself with the activities of URCS structural units.
Special attention is paid to the exchange of practical experience: how teams develop, how internal processes are built, and how the organization adapts to new challenges and ensures the sustainability of its work even during a full-scale war.
