Rada extends martial law

The Verkhovna Rada extended the term of martial law for 90 days.

At a plenary session on Tuesday, 315 MPs voted in favor of bill No. 15197 on the approval of the presidential decree "On extending the term of martial law in Ukraine."

The bill extends the term of martial law in Ukraine for 90 days starting from 05:30 on May 4, 2026.
