HACC Appeals Chamber confirms confiscation of assets from former Zaporizhia regional TRC head – official
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) upheld a decision to confiscate the assets of the former head of the Zaporizhia Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC).
"The HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the lower court’s decision of Jan. 2, 2026, to recognize as unsubstantiated and recover to state income the assets owned and used by the family of the former head of the Zaporizhia Regional TRC," the court said on Telegram on Tuesday.
The judicial panel dismissed the defendant’s appeal. Under the court’s ruling, a house with the land plot on which it is located, as well as the value of a 2021 Mazda CX-5 car, were recovered to the state.
The resolution took legal effect from the date of its adoption and may be appealed to the Civil Cassation Court within the Supreme Court.
