Russia attacks critical infrastructure in Konotop, part of city loses power – official

Russian troops attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Konotop, causing power outages in part of the city, Mayor Artem Semenikhin said on Telegram.

"Part of the energy infrastructure has been destroyed. Part of the city is without power. In one of the neighborhoods, water supply will be provided on a schedule from 6:00 to 9:00 and 18:00 to 21:00," he wrote.

Earlier, he reported a mass drone strike on Konotop that halted public transport and damaged buildings, including an administrative building, a hospital, and residential houses.
