Bucha community has received four modern buses – three for regular routes and one "bus of resilience," Kyiv Regional State Administration head Mykola Kalashnyk has said.

"This is part of the large-scale support that Kyiv region has received from our French partners – Ile-de-France region. The first buses are already operating in communities across the region, and today we are strengthening the transport system of Bucha community. It is important that this transport is inclusive. The buses are equipped for the convenience of people with disabilities, parents with strollers and everyone who needs barrier-free conditions. They will operate within the community and will be free for all residents, so that everyone has access to quality and convenient transport," Kalashnyk said in a Facebook post.

Kalashnyk separately described the "bus of resilience."

"It is a mobile support point that can quickly arrive where people need help in emergency situations. Inside there is autonomous power supply, heat, communications, the ability to charge phones, get hot drinks and basic support," he said.

The regional administration's head thanked partners from Ile-de-France for the important assistance.
