The DeepState OSINT project reports the advance of Russia in the area of the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, and the town of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, over the past 24 hours.

"Russia has advanced near Petropavlivka and Kostiantynivka," the project reported on its Telegram page on Monday.

At the same time, there is no mention of the occupation of these settlements: according to DeepState maps, both remain under the control of the Ukrainian Forces, with only their outskirts being in the penetration zone (the "grey" zone).

The area of occupation in the Kupiansk direction has increased by 6.13 sq km over the past 24 hours due to the reduction of the penetration zone. Thus, Russia in the Petropavlivka area has only consolidated its positions in the "grey zone."

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the occupied area increased by 0.77 sq km, and the penetration zone by another 0.74 sq km. Russia has advanced slightly toward the town from the direction of the village of Stupochky.

On other sectors of the front, there are no changes. Thus, in total, Russia seized 6.9 sq km in 24 hours, while the penetration zone decreased by 5.39 sq km.

As reported, the week before last, Russia advanced by an average of 9 sq km per day, and the penetration zone grew by an average of 4.7 sq km per day.
