Russian forces launched a combined strike on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure overnight Saturday using 47 missiles and 619 drones of various types launched from air, sea, and land; 13 missiles and 36 strike drones hit their targets, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

"According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 a.m., air defense forces shot down or suppressed 610 targets – 30 missiles and 580 drones of various types," the Air Command said on Telegram.

Specifically, 26 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from the Caspian Sea and four Kalibr cruise missiles also launched from the Caspian Sea were liquidated. Additionally, 580 enemy drones of various types were neutralized, launched from Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and Hvardiyske, Chauda in occupied Crimea.

Total enemy launches on the night of April 25 (from 6:00 p.m. April 24) included 12 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles (from Millerovo, Kursk, Yeysk, and occupied Crimea); 29 Kh-101 cruise missiles (from the Caspian Sea); one Iskander-K cruise missile (from Bryansk region); and five Kalibr cruise missiles (from the Caspian Sea).

The attack also featured 619 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types, with about 400 being Shaheds.

The main direction of the strike was Dnipro. Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Kyiv regions were also attacked. The assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Hits by 13 missiles and 36 strike drones were recorded at 23 locations, while debris from downed drones fell at nine locations. Information regarding four missiles is being clarified.
